We do scheduling simple and easy, with just a date, time, duration, title, and note (which can be empty or a wall of text with as many details as you like, whichever you prefer)

Appointments

Placed on a shared calendar with an easy interface regardless of device or platform. Uses your custom avatar and color.

Reminders

Real reminders scheduled with optional email and/or SMS notifications, so even if you aren't in the app, you are in the loop!

Contacts

Keep all your clients nice and tidy in our simple management interface. Store as many contacts and numbers as you want, as well as notes of any length covering whatever topics you wish to define. All support tickets are tied back here too for easy cross-reference as needed.

Tickets

On target support ticketing system, with optional SMS and email notifications to make sure you or anyone else on your team doesn't miss an issue. Mark tickets as low, normal, or urgent. Once closed, the entire incident is also saved in the client record for easy reference.By optional, we don't mean it costs more,
we just mean you can choose to use it or not!
